Ebaid LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile applications and services collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Company-Wide Commitments apply to every Ebaid LLC app. App-Specific Details describes the services and data handling unique to each app, because our apps differ in how they are built. Where an app publishes its own detailed policy, that policy is authoritative for that app.

Part 1: Company-Wide Commitments

The following applies to every Ebaid LLC application.

Information You Provide

  • App preferences and settings you choose within the app
  • Contact information if you reach out to us for support

Information Collected Automatically

  • When an app connects to an online service, ordinary technical request information may be processed, such as IP address, request headers, timestamps, and the resource requested
  • We do NOT collect location data, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device data

Some apps additionally send app verification material to confirm that a request comes from a genuine, unmodified app. Where this applies, it is described under App-Specific Details.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Our apps do not use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles and do not track you across apps or services.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain app functionality
  • To save your preferences and in-app progress locally on your device
  • To deliver requested content, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures
  • To respond to your support requests

Data Storage

Your preferences and app settings are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on external servers. Content an app retrieves may be cached on your device for offline use. If a future app ever requires an account or server-side storage, that change will be described in this policy and in that app's own policy before it applies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, behavioral profiling, or data-broker purposes. We do not collect analytics data to share. Information may be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our apps, their users, or our service providers.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us with a privacy concern.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete all app data by uninstalling the application
  • Clear local storage and caches from your device settings
  • Contact us to request information about any data we may hold

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Part 2: App-Specific Details

Our apps use different services depending on what they do. The details below apply only to the app under which they are listed.

Tajweed Practice

Tajweed Practice retrieves its content through a proxy service we operate, which keeps API credentials out of the app. To confirm that requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the app, it uses platform app attestation — Apple App Attest on iOS and the Google Play Integrity API on Android. These checks report only whether the app and device pass integrity verification. The Play Integrity token does not identify your Google account, and no attestation material identifies you personally.

This app uses the following third-party services:

  • Quran APIs — to retrieve Quran text, translations, and tafseer content
  • Audio CDNs — to stream recitation audio

Preferences it stores locally on your device include your selected reciter, bookmarks, and reading position. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
